She advocates for resident rights, assists with care planning, coordinates discharge needs, and provides emotional support during what can often be a challenging transition. Her compassion, patience, and commitment help ensure every resident feels heard, respected, and valued.
With a heart for service and a strong passion for helping others, Lizett works closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life for our residents.
