We’re hiring! Compass Healthcare and Rehab is seeking a Director of Nursing at our Countryside Community.

Countryside is a retirement community, offering skilled nursing and rehab, assisted living and independent living, located across 65 acres in beautiful Stokesdale, NC.

It is conveniently located close to Greensboro, Kernersville, Reidsville, Madison and other surrounding communities.

This position is primarily responsible for the nursing department with 60 SNF and 16 ALF residents, but may also have occasional responsibilities with the independent living.
