as Nikola Tesla as been known to say 'If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.'
Here is how this Philosophy breaks it down...
1- A physical or mental dis-ease normally stems from a weakness in the energetic field known as the aura or energetic centers (aka, chakras)
2- The energetic field typically is weekend by suppression or over exertion of negative, and even sometimes positive emotions
3- These emotions are usually stimulated or activated through our failures to communicate in our relationships (spouse, family, work, etc.) triggers from our past are activated in present situations
Therefor, how we communicate (listen and speak) to others as well as how we talk to ourselves, through doubt, self judgement, insecurities, etc. plays a big and consistent role in our general wellbeing on many levels that compound over time. (This would be known as the vibration we carry, on average). Our emotions determine to a large extent our frequency range, the wider the range to more energy it takes to maintain. Learning to process these repressed emotions is imperative to ones subtle energy wellness, the breaking of habits, physical health, spiritual or religious wellfair and mental clarity.
