We're off to a great 5th season. Nice to see so many familiar faces, and make new friends too. We had a great turnout at our free class at fit fest and now can't wait to get the summer really started. Our great teachers Barbara, Tam, Roseann and Karen are all back. Once again we're offering 9am and 7:30am classes. Here's the schedule starting this weekend and we'll add even more classes for July....
