Grab your Gal Pals and join me for a Galentine’s Day Barre class! You can expect a full-body muscle endurance and functional strength workout, where we’ll explore ranges of motion to get stronger for everyday life. This class also blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to enhance mobility, balance, and flexibility. Expect to strengthen your mind-body connection as well by moving to the music of a “Dance” themed playlist and a few cognitive-based movement challenges. Please hang out after class for a goodie bag, BYO beverages, and community!
