Holidays can stir old memories, activate stress, highlight losses, or remind us of the people we wish were still here. They can also bring unexpected moments of warmth, small joys, and reminders that healing is possible—even when life feels overwhelming.

Wherever you are emotionally today, I hope you give yourself permission to:
