Classes will take place on Zoom every Wednesday evening in March from 6:30pm - 8:30pm EST.

Astrology is far more complex and insightful than is commonly represented—in fact, it captures the essential uniqueness of every one of us in profound and fascinating ways. On Sunday, February 22 at The KIVA in Stone Ridge, we will explore how our judgments of ourselves and others point to beautiful, universal human needs beneath the surface. From this place of awareness, Barbara Bash and Andy Dillon will guide us on how to practice hearing and expressing “no” in ways that honor life, connection, and integrity.

Join us in welcoming a new practitioner to our volunteer community, Denise Hopkins!

Denise is an Energy Healer, Forrest Yoga Guardian Teacher (RYT 500), and certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher with over 20 years of experience guiding people back to themselves through breath, movement, and healing touch.

Denise specializes in yoga for injury healing and offers personalized practices that honor each individual’s unique physical and emotional needs. In her Energy Healing Sessions, she weaves together Craniosacral Therapy and One Light Healing Touch to create space for the nervous system to settle and the body’s natural wisdom to emerge—supporting those experiencing anxiety, PTSD, energy depletion, insomnia, tension, or sensitive individuals needing grounding and balance.

Denise will be offering healing sessions as part of our monthly Holistic Healthcare Days 🙏✨

We’re expanding! Volunteers needed 🤝

In the year ahead, we’re expanding programs that support youth, elders, families, immigrants, and other community members, as well as bringing our community Healthcare Days beyond Rosendale and Stone Ridge to locations across Ulster County and beyond.

To support this growth, we’re looking to connect with people who feel called to contribute in Stone Ridge, Kingston, Highland, and New York City.

If you offer holistic or integrative healing modalities—or have other skills to share, such as administrative support, marketing, event coordination, or hands-on help with setting up and holding spaces—please reach out!

Thinking Downstream: Nutrition for Parents and Teens

Certified integrative health and nutrition coach, writer, and illustrator Yael Bernhard will lead a two-part series on Thursday, January 22 and Thursday, January 29 at High Meadow School in Stone Ridge.

This series is designed to support teens in building a strong foundation for lifelong physical and mental well-being, while helping parents navigate outdated versus current nutrition trends and gain practical tools for shopping and cooking with their children.

Parents and teens are welcome to attend together or separately.
