I walked in to shop and ended up standing in a singing bowl getting impromptu sound healing 🤷🏽‍♀️

No plan. No booking. Just good vibes, a generous offer and delight to receive.

Life meets you when you’re open. Support shows up in interesting ways.

Not everything has to be scheduled and serious. Sometimes your body gets what it needs in the most random places.

I’m not saying this replaced my own sessions…
but I am saying my nervous system melted in 30 seconds.

Warm weight on the chest, steady rhythm,
purring you can literally feel through your body.

Healing happens all the time, in places you wouldn’t expect. Lean onto it.

We try so hard to “do” healing
and then a cat shows up like…
no thoughts, just presence.

Honestly?
10/10 would book again, lol.
