As a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping women transform their bodies and their lives through the power of strength training. My own fitness journey began in my 30s when I hired a personal trainer who helped me not only change my body but also build my confidence. His guidance showed me how fitness can unlock a deeper sense of strength, and it was in that moment that I knew I wanted to help other women experience the same transformation. Now in my 50s, I can’t thank my younger self enough for starting me on this journey of strength, which has only become more essential as I age. I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of women over the years learn how to live strong, healthy lifestyles, and I believe strength training is the key to thriving at any age. To me, it’s about more than just reshaping your physique—it’s about building resilience, embracing vitality, and discovering your inner power. I’ve had the honor of watching this beautiful woman transform like a butterfly. 🦋 The changes aren’t just physical, they show in her posture, her smile, and the confidence she now carries.

She has worked so hard, pushing through even while facing tough health challenges, and she never gave up. Her dedication and resilience inspire me every single day.

This amazing woman came to me just 3 months after having her second baby. Since January, she’s been showing up and putting in the work.

She’s a full-time veterinarian, wife, and mom of two — yet still makes time to prioritize her health and strength.

One year together 💕

This amazing mama of a 3-year-old and 1-year-old has shown up to every single 6am session without fail. Twice a week, no excuses.

A year of dedication, a year of discipline, a year of believing in herself.
A huge congratulations to my client on an incredible transformation! In just one year, she has completely changed her life, losing 41 pounds and 10% body fat.
But this transformation is so much more than the numbers. This is a story of showing up every single day, never missing a workout, and meticulously tracking macros to fuel her body. It’s a story of becoming a role model for her two girls and husband, proving that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
I couldn’t be more proud of the woman she has become, inside and out. The best is yet to come!

T-minus 30 days till I turn 55.

I’m not going down without a fight.
I refuse to use “middle age” as an excuse for not feeling or looking the way I want to.

Full upper body workout today—just filmed a few of my favorites: pull-ups, rows, face pulls. Nothing too heavy—just consistent effort.
Every workout. Every meal. Every choice—it’s all on me.

Huge congratulations to my amazing client on her “40lb weight loss “ in 8 months!!

We started with a 35lb target, but as we approached it, the desire for a little more comfort and confidence for summer kicked in. So, we pushed that extra 5 pounds, and she absolutely nailed it! Now, she’s perfectly set up to have her ultimate hot girl / mom summer, enjoying herself before we refocus on building in the fall.
This was achieved one workout at a time, meticulously counting macros, and fueling right with .
