This is probably the best “chocolate pudding” I’ve ever had 🤤

2 oz microgreens
4 avocados
6 tbsp honey
6 tbsp raw cocoa powder
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Heavy pinch of salt
5 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla

Blend everything together until smooth, then refrigerate until cold.

Creamy, sweet, and you’d never guess Microgreens are in it. 🌱🍫
