Hello! After a very long hiatus from this page, I am back. I've had some personal issues that required my full attention, so I had to step away.

That being said, I am back to work and accepting clients again. My office is now located at East-West Chiropractic, 1353 Gold Star Highway, Groton. I've been itching to go kayaking all winter, so with how nice the weather was today, I jumped at the chance and hit the water.

Did you know kayaking, while relatively easy, works almost every muscle group of the body? Even your legs are working to stabilize and maneuver your kayak the entire time. Physical benefits aside, there's also something about being on the water that's profoundly relaxing.
