If you remember, Soul Shine mugs then you’ve been following me for a while and you also know that I haven’t had them in stock for several years. Well now is your chance as there’s a small batch of them that just emerged from the Kiln, along with a new mug design I’m calling Retro which comes in a variety of colors. While my Soulshine mugs are wheel thrown, and individually, painstakingly hand carved the new retro mugs are completely handbuilt without the use of the pottery wheel. If you’re a fellow mug addict, a need one of these mugs in your life share this post with someone who’s looking for a gift for you or come on in yourself and scoop one up before they’re gone . Glaze Handmade is a physical manifestation of one womans’ obsession with the craft of making pottery. Lyndsay Meiklem Dean has spent the last two decades playing in clay. She is largely self taught and is constantly experimenting with new styles, designs and glazes which add to her constantly evolving body of work. At Glaze you can watch the potter at work and browse from a variety of handcrafted clay pieces in the retail area. We hope to see you soon!
