Elyse is 😍 crushing 🤩 one of many variations of pushups on the Pilates Wunda Chair.
This variation is excellent for building shoulder & scapular stability. It is especially good if you have a notable imbalance between left and right sides. Longterm results: this type of training will help engage your big muscles instead of predominantly relying your support structure (joints & tendons etc.). We all know how Alisha feels about sagging spines and winging scaps during pushups 🙃
