Spirit can be funny sometimes.
What we first perceive as interference, could actually be signs of support and that you're on the right track.

After I made this video I took notice of all the background noise and the timing of it while I was talking, and I had to laugh to myself.

Today has the making of being a day of blessings and awakenings, but sometimes the most rewarding work can be, not just challenging, but painful too.

So today, take all the time you need to sit with yourself and everything that seems to be arriving in this moment to show you where to go. Even if at first it shows up in a way that appears to be an obstacle lol.

Many people right now feel mentally scattered, emotionally tired, or strangely “off.”

Not because they are failing.

But because life is asking them to grow beyond belief systems that once kept them safe.

Your subconscious mind stores beliefs about safety, identity, control, and worth. When life begins asking you to move beyond those beliefs, your nervous system can resist.

That resistance can show up as fatigue, brain fog, emotional swings, or decision fatigue.
It isn’t weakness.
It’s protection.

The Belief Code works by identifying and releasing subconscious beliefs that are no longer aligned with who you are becoming.

When those beliefs shift, people often experience clearer thinking, emotional stability, and a renewed sense of direction.

Growth becomes less chaotic.

And more aligned.

There is nothing wrong with having a day on the calendar that reminds us to act in love.

The action of Love is the single most important gift we can give ourselves or another. Beyond Food, Water, Sleep and Sunlight, a loving connection is the deepest nourishment we can receive.

So put aside the cynicism of the "Hallmark Holiday", and let today be a beautiful reminder to call a parent, a sibling, a bestie or anyone else God brings to mind, and say I Love You.

Reach out to a stranger and illuminate them with a smile, a compliment or a good deed.

Look in the mirror and see the incredible masterpiece that God created and remind yourself that YOU are a blessing to so many.

Take inventory of how God designed you to give and receive Love, in whatever way is unique and special to you.

The simple act of honoring yourself, automatically honors all those who love you.

"It is safe for me to give and receive Love"

The LA fires have been devastating to so many. My twin bestie Amy Eagan lived here with her brother Todd for over a year, and this is a picture of his once beautiful neighborhood. His house, along with so many others, is now gone. Todd is like a brother to me, and it is heartbreaking to see his cliff top home decimated to a pile of ash. Please give what you can to his GoFundMe, most of which will be donated to the Wildlife and Mammal Rescue.
