Jenny Israel is a Holistically focused Spiritual and Health Coach, specializing in aligning her clients with their greatest Emotional health & awareness.

After starting her practice in 2009, she has become certified and experienced in numerous forms of Energy Medicine, Coaching and Body Balancing techniques.

All of her experience has created a deep love for the partnership between the world of Science and the world of Spirituality. Her practice now is based within the knowledge that we are not only a Body, but also a Soul, and how these two things are intimately connected through our Emotions. This week's energy is really putting an emphasis on the "right foot in, right foot out" theme for this month! My head is hurting from banging it against the wall.🤪
It's been like this for a bit now....and I am learning a very important lesson:

There is nothing wrong with having a day on the calendar that reminds us to act in love.

The action of Love is the single most important gift we can give ourselves or another. Beyond Food, Water, Sleep and Sunlight, a loving connection is the deepest nourishment we can receive.

So put aside the cynicism of the "Hallmark Holiday", and let today be a beautiful reminder to call a parent, a sibling, a bestie or anyone else God brings to mind, and say I Love You.

Reach out to a stranger and illuminate them with a smile, a compliment or a good deed.

Look in the mirror and see the incredible masterpiece that God created and remind yourself that YOU are a blessing to so many.

Take inventory of how God designed you to give and receive Love, in whatever way is unique and special to you.

The simple act of honoring yourself, automatically honors all those who love you.

The LA fires have been devastating to so many. My twin bestie Amy Eagan lived here with her brother Todd for over a year, and this is a picture of his once beautiful neighborhood. His house, along with so many others, is now gone. Todd is like a brother to me, and it is heartbreaking to see his cliff top home decimated to a pile of ash. Real Talk? I am in "Wellness Empowerment" fatigue.
The buzz words, the dilution of spirituality, the "gotcha" marketing that uses fear mongering and scarcity......I'm over it.
This is coming from someone who is a Sojourner of all things Spiritual Wellness!

2025 is a Disruptor💥🧨. The energy of this year demands we do something different. It also demands that we lighten up and remember how to enjoy life and have some fun! And do it with some friends! 🥳💃🏼🕺

I created the Thrive in '25 Coaching Bundle to silence the white noise of the blah, blah, blah! I created it because it's fun for ME! I also pulled in some of my friends, because it's always more fun with friends. 🤪

About Jenny Israel

Everything is energy and nothing exists in isolation of anything else. Energy is vibratory, it has frequency. Everything in the Universe has a frequency. Each of us has a frequency. Our individual frequency is an average of all of vibrations that make up our physical, mental and emotional bodies. My healing gifts allow me to locate the low vibrational blocks within people's energy bodies and clear them away. Over time, this raises an individual's average frequency. The higher the frequency, the more optimal your wellness! Low vibrational energy blocks within the physical body, most often created out of emotional trauma, create a vulnerability that can lead to cellular deterioration, which then can lead to illness or injury. The body cannot heal itself properly with this disruption. By removing these, the body can resume it's natural frequency of health and do it's job to heal itself!

​As you raise your overall vibration, you are also magnetizing a higher vibrational life. This means, love, abundance, joy, clarity, peace and purpose. You are able to live a more conscious and connected life, activating your full potential.

​My treatment protocol combines my medical intuition, coaching skills, hands on healing, The Emotion Code, among other things. After more than 10 years of practice, it has become an effective, efficient and systematic approach.

Jenny Israel is a Medical Intuitive, Certified Energy Therapist, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and Spiritual Wellness Counselor. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach and has been attuned in Reiki I, II and III and Levels 1-6 of the Seraphim Blueprint System. She is also a Levels 1-6 Seraphim Blueprint Teacher.
