First up for Sleep Awareness Week: Sleep Bingo!

Complete at least 3 activities in a row, snap photos to show you’ve done them, and email your pics to wellness@uconn.edu with the subject line “HH Sleep Bingo.” You’ll be entered to win either a weighted stuffed cow (with a heatable/coolable pack inside!) or an LED color‑changing white noise machine. Two prizes means two winners.

We’re keeping the momentum going with a Sleep Week Giveaway!

Answer the challenge question in the comments:

“A student stays up until 3am studying and takes a 3‑hour nap the next day. What does sleep research tell us about how well‑rested they are? What could they do differently?”

Comment your answer to enter the raffle for a portable USB nightlight. We’ve got a handful of these, so there will be multiple winners.
One entry per person; extra comments don’t count.

Both challenges ends Sunday (3/15) at 11:59pm.

A little bit goes a long way—can’t wait to see how you all improve your sleep!
