We will be hosting a resource table at the Hmong New Year celebration at the Sun Prairie library this Saturday, November 18th from 11am-3pm.

We will have lots of educational materials on Hypertension, Stroke, Diabetes, Wellness, and much more (materials in Hmong will be available).

Drawing will be on Friday, July 21st. You do not need to be present in order to claim but you must show proof of having a child in school (e.g. school registration records).
