Things Patients STILL Don’t Believe (but absolutely need to):
Yes… you actually do need to see a chiropractor routinely.
Your spine loves consistency.
Exercise and movement matter just as much as your adjustments.
Your body doesn’t heal like it did 20+ years ago.
This is not a personal attack, it’s biology. Healing just requires more support now.
Feeling better after the first adjustment ≠ fixed.
It means things are improving… not that your desk-job posture trauma is fully erased.
Yes, it takes more than one visit.
Please come in BEFORE it’s unbearable.
If you wait until you can’t walk, sleep, sneeze, or put on socks… that’s not a “quick fix” situation. That’s a “why did you do this to yourself” situation.
Drink water. No, seriously.
Hydrated discs = happier joints.
Chiropractic isn’t just ‘cracking.’
It’s motion, stability, nervous system support, and giving your body every tool it needs to heal.
Save these reminders for later, 2026 you will be grateful. 🫶🏼
