The following flyers are in English, Spanish, and Albanian.
They include a list of local food pantries and community blessing boxes in Stoughton—open to anyone in need.

No one in our community should be without food. We’re sharing these local resources to help ensure everyone has access to support. If you don’t need these services, please consider donating to one of them—so together we can continue being neighbors helping neighbors. 💚

Our clinic can help you navigate these resources, whether that means making calls, knowing what to bring, or finding an interpreter. We live in a strong and caring community of support. 💚

Stoughton Area Community Cupboard – 1315 W South St, Stoughton. Always open 24/7 with same reminder to be respectful of hosts and neighbors.

North Street Blessing Box – 119 North St, Stoughton. Always open 24/7. Includes pantry staples, cold-storage items, personal care products, and household supplies. Reminder to be respectful of hosts and neighbors.

Neighborhood Free Health Clinic – Section explains that the clinic does not have a food pantry but helps patients find resources beyond those listed above.

Our community is coming together to support something truly vital — the Neighborhood Free Health Clinic, where free means free.

Every week, our volunteers provide compassionate, quality care to neighbors who have nowhere else to turn. In times like these, our services are needed more than ever — and your support makes it possible.

Join us tomorrow, Friday, October 24th at Halverson’s Everything Nice for a warm, inspiring evening filled with good food, great company, a 50/50 raffle, and an incredible silent auction (including rare Labubu collectibles and generous donations from local businesses!).

Our Story

Neighborhood Free Health Clinic™ offers compassionate, non-emergency care free of charge to any adults in Stoughton and surrounding communities who are unable to afford the cost of healthcare. We treat the whole person, including their medical, psychological and spiritual needs.

We are staffed by volunteer licensed health and other professionals including physicians, physician assistants, nurses, mental health providers, social workers, nutritionist, local clergy, and others.

These volunteer healthcare professionals work together as a dedicated team to meet your healthcare needs.

Our staff can refer patients to volunteer specialist physicians if necessary.
