WORC WORC is a private, non-profit employment agency that places individuals with developmental disabilities into jobs throughout rural Dane county.

WORC is a supported employment agency with a home base in Stoughton, Sun Prairie and Verona. We strive to match the needs of the employer with the skills, interests and strengths of each individual that we support. WORC facilitates the relationships between the employer and the employee with a disability through on-the-job training, job modifications and technical assistance.

Today the Stoughton Community Time group checked out Luke's Cafe in McFarland for the first time. We highly recommend. The food was great and the service was spectacular!!

But we need to thank an unknown Samaritan who took it upon herself to pay for our entire table. We were overwhelmed with gratitude!!

So to you unknown friend...thank you for turning our lunch into an unforgettable experience!! We are forever grateful!
