Have you ever wanted to do something and fear or anxiety, self-doubt or even the doubt of others steps in the way?
Keep thinking it, visualizing it, planning it and even more importantly, find the smallest physical action you can take that fits into the goal.
If you want to walk a mile on a treadmill, go stand on it. If you want to ride a horse, step up into the saddle.
You can get right back off the treadmill and right back off the horse. The body remembers the action and you build on that memory.
This is super simplified, but I hope you get the idea and maybe the inspiration.
