Happy New Year from Ryders Health! 🎇 This past year was one of meaningful change and growth across our organization. From celebrating 75 years as a family-owned skilled nursing company to welcoming new team members and caring for thousands of residents, this year was about recommitting to what matters most. 💙

We’re so thankful to Sikorsky Credit Union’s Oronoque branch for spreading holiday cheer here at Lord Chamberlain! 🎄💌 Their team dropped off personalized holiday cards for our residents as part of their annual Christmas Card Project, and the personal touch really brightened our day. Thank you for thinking of our residents and helping make the season feel extra special! 🙏✨

Halloween may be over, but we’re still thinking about these amazing looks from our Costume Contest! 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️ Our staff brought their A-game this year and our residents had a blast voting for their favorites. Congratulations to Julian JeanBaptiste for winning Best Individual Costume and to our Rehab Department for taking home Best Group! 🎉

We are pleased to announce that Frank Raccio, NHA, has been appointed as the new Administrator of Lord Chamberlain Manor! 👏👏 (Our 60-bed short-term rehabilitation center).

Frank has a long history with Ryders Health Management. He has served in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Corporate Director of Rehabilitation, where he oversaw eight Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation Departments. Frank also brings valuable experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in many of our facilities, an Executive Director in Home Health Care and Companion Care and as an Interim Administrator at Aaron Manor, where he successfully managed day-to-day operations and ensured the highest standards of resident care. At Lord Chamberlain, Frank’s deep knowledge of rehabilitation, census management, and operational leadership will be an asset as he steps into this important role.

We are excited to welcome him and look forward to his continued contributions to our team and the residents we serve. Please join me in congratulating and welcoming Frank to Lord Chamberlain Manor in this new capacity!
