just know if you text us after your prenatal appointment that baby moved head down (when they’ve been malpositioned like breech or transverse) we’re going to dance and CELEBRATE!

As a Webster perinatal chiropractor, I’m helping adjust moms body, balancing her pelvis and making the most spacious home for baby. This can help encourage baby in that optimal, HEAD DOWN, position!

We’re dancing today because we got the great news from a mama that is now more likely to have her desired birth, can cancel her induction and scheduled cesarean 🥳🥳🥳 (no shade at those, but for this mama she really desired a vaginal delivery!)

To be able to support moms and baby’s is one of the best parts of being a perinatal and pediatric chiro!

Here’s the deal—we don’t have to experience pain or discomfort in pregnancy. We can break the thought pattern that it has to be hard, you should feel uncomfortable etc etc.

Yes, there are certainly cases and times you will be more uncomfortable, not get the normal sleep you used to, or be more tired from growing that baby—but you also can ENJOY pregnancy and feel great! I did! Many of my expecting mamas do when under care too!

postpartum & pregnancy are wild times for our bodies as women—and I wanted detailed answers to what I have been feeling.

What this past year has looked like for me is : nutrient depletion with breastfeeding, stress levels constantly changing & some sleep deprivation🤪 —> result has looked like hormone imbalance, a thyroid that isn’t in optimal levels, and a mom who wanted some answers and help!
