🙌🏻one sensory seeking kiddo has integrated two primitive reflexes, helping regulate their nervous system & help their brain develop higher cortical skills!

The start of the new year is always such a nice time to reset, vision plan and set intentions for the year ahead!

Im excited to be intentional with movement, get my hormones in balance with !! and continue putting my nervous system first with chiropractic, acupuncture and daily practices.
