This month, we recognize and celebrate the contributions, resilience and achievements of all people living with disabilities. Disability is a natural part of the human experience and inclusion benefits us all!

Disability awareness month began as a way to promote understanding, accessibility and equal opportunity for everyone. In the United States, it aligns with the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act, a landmark law that protects the rights of all individuals living with disabilities.

Let’s use this month to:

- promote accessibility in our spaces and conversations
- Challenge stereotypes and misconceptions
- Amplify disabled voices
- Commit to creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive

Inclusion ISN’T just about compliance. It’s about community.
