I'm thrilled to say we welcomed back a few faces, so we took another picture today 😄
I'm really enjoying these Saturdays at BSWC!
In other news, I'll be visiting my daughter Helena next week in Austin TX, so I'm leaving you in the very capable hands of Jessi Rodriguez Yoga . Jessica has practiced with us several times, and has guided me for many years!
Thank you Jessica for subbing in for me! Same time, same place!

After practice, we slip into our sweats, or (pajamas 🤭) and slip into a sound sleep at bedtime. 😴✨️
