A reminder that I’ve been receiving as of late is —

🦋At any moment of any day, life can be swept away and has to be totally transformed and adapted to new circumstances 🦋

Take it all in….even in the messy, dark and emotional days there’s a glimmer of magic and hope ✨

Your ancestors are near and holding you close. The deeper, and sometimes intensified, feelings you feel are real — lean into them as they may have a deeper story to tell.

Life is a beautiful experience, to feel it all, to walk a unique & different path than those surrounding you, to see the beauty, lessons and experiences of another’s journey through a lens of love and compassion…to open your heart, grieve, continue to open the heart more, grieve and to keep opening the heart regardless of how hard it may be ❤️.

To all those feeling the death energy in the year of 9, I see you, you are not alone, lean into the transformations and change as there is always beauty or miracles to be found on the other side 🫶🏽

When deep in the masculine energy with workloads I notice the feminine energy needs to be felt in other areas of my life 😌.

✨This is why I created Spiritually Guided Yoga Flows✨

A slow moving, therapeutic yoga flow that unites the mind, the body, the breath, the soul, the spirit and the heart 🦋.

A flow where we can slow down and feel every pose and movement and let it marinate into our tissues 🧘🏻‍♀️.

A flow where we stop to journal our thoughts so we can reflect back upon them or receive a guided journaling prompt selected by spirit where we channel a message that wants to be seen and heard 🫶🏽.

A flow that includes a guided meditation and EXTRA LONG savasana to allow more time for the mindful movement to marinate and integrate into our physical body and energy 😌.

This is so true. 💚 And also Trusting our intuition. ✨

The urge to ask for people’s advice and options can often come from being stuck in functional freeze. We think maybe someone else has the “right” answer. And often when we get advice that doesn’t align, or we get different options— we get even more stuck.

We get stuck in this cycle because we don’t trust ourselves.

The practice of making our own choices sounds simple. But it’s a profound act. It takes getting quiet and asking: “what makes sense for ME?” Not for anyone else. Then, following through with our choices gives us incredible feedback. We can learn, grow, and learn how to trust ourselves in the process.

This is especially important for people who grew up in homes with strict, controlling, or domineering parents. Agency gets lost in childhood, so looking outside of ourselves becomes a habitual pattern.

The truth is: no one really knows what they’re doing. We’re all guessing to a certain extent. And the best wisdom of all comes from within us. It’s our silent intuition that speaks to us and guides us when we have the courage to listen
