What a blessing! Thankful this Thanksgiving Day for the Community Health Foundation of Warren and Henderson Counties. The Foundation has generously supported HCRC throughout the years with many different projects. Yesterday Oak Lane Nursing & Rehab received a grant for $100,000 for our kitchen to be remodeled and upgraded. God is so good! Thank you.🙏
