The residents of Oak Wood love to paint and do crafts! So much fun was had with both of these activities!

West Central middle school band and choir came to sing and play music for our residents. They did a wonderful job and our residents enjoyed it so much.

Christmas is a magical time of the year! Last month we had our resident Christmas party! Everyone came out to join in the fun.

Everyone always brightens up with a Hug! Last month Kathy Curtis and Marilyn Simmons brought in hugs for our female residents. They are beautiful shawls that are called hugs to help keep you warm. Thank you so much for bringing smiles and hugs to our residents.

Happy New Years from our family to yours! The residents at Oak Wood had a wonderful New Year’s Eve party this evening thanks to our wonderful staff. The food was fabulous and desserts delightful. Thank you for all you do. Here is to a great 2026!

Our residents went sightseeing this week to see Christmas Lights! The houses all looked beautiful. We went to Oquawka and around Stronghurst. They loved all the lights and enjoyed getting out and about. Thanks LeAnn for taking us on our trip.
