Yes, we’re trading in our spreadsheets and lattes (ok maybe not the latte) for sneakers and purpose—because mental health isn’t just a buzzword, it’s a lifeline. We know life gets hard (hello, running a business!), but no one should have to fight their battles alone.

Late to post because it is still hard to accept. This beauty was the one who laughed at everything, checked on everyone, stayed late to help paint, clean, organize- whatever Supersonic needed, and showed up to every bestie outing. She was loved by all- parents, little besties, and every single one of her coworker besties.

We lost our beloved Carrie — and honestly, it still doesn’t feel real. But we’re keeping her spirit alive the only way we know how: with love, laughter, and silliness. 💚 We miss you, girl. This world was better (and kinder) with you in it, that's for sure.

Carrie wasn’t just part of Supersonic — she was Supersonic. Full of love, kindness, laughs, and the best display of bestie energy. Losing her to su***de broke our hearts in ways we’re still figuring out. 💔We are reminded just how deeply important mental health support and awareness are. To honor her, we have made our learning lab into Carrie’s Garden, created a Behavior Buddy system (thanks Lily!), are going to check off her vision board goals that she shared with us, and getting Care Bear tattoos.

If Carrie taught us anything, it’s to show up with love. So we’re doing just that: joining the Out of the Darkness Walk in her honor.

We’re walking for Carrie. For every person who’s struggling. And for a world where asking for help is brave, not taboo.
