We pause to honor the quiet miracles God places in our daily lives — the breath that sustains us, the strength that steadies us, and the healing that unfolds little by little. With a thankful heart, we begin to recognize that wellness is not only about the body, but also about the peace, resilience, and hope God nurtures within us. Gratitude becomes a pathway to healing when we see His hand at work in every circumstance — in progress, in patience, and even in the waiting.

As Scripture reminds us, “Give thanks in all circumstances,” we learn that God is present in every part of our journey. With a thankful heart, we acknowledge that He cares for our whole being — body, mind, and spirit. And in His presence, we find the balance, strength, and restoration that bring true wellness.

Prayer:
Lord, with a thankful heart, we praise You for life, for breath, and for the healing You continue to unfold within us.
