Hello everyone! We have been quiet for the better part of a year. I was healing from a hemorrhage behind my retina, and Brain was immersed in the business of our new cafe.

I am well and medically cleared. B and I played with some acro for the first time since I can remember. I am looking forward to stepping back into myself and grateful for the year to clear and heal. thank you to all that have supported us over the years and you will see this page more active soon.

Went for the up dog and had to retreat to keep my pants dry! This was an outtake from a photo shoot with Joe Longo in September of 2020. That was certainly a year to year to go with the flow.
I remember the water was super frigid and I was laughing so hard while sinking into the sand.

I have been going with the flow recently while allowing the hemorrhage in my left eye to heal. I have given up my Aerial classes and have taken on some assistants to do the demonstrations that I will be avoiding to let my body rest. I have found myself still laughing while I figure out what I am capable of and what I need to release temporarily.

There is such freedom in the release of expectations while tapping into the curiosity of the beginners mind.

Today I had a chance to connect on a call with one of my dearest friends and then had space in my morning to go sit and reflect. It has been a busier summer than usual and I felt myself fully relax for the first time in weeks. Grounding is good!
