Our residents enjoyed themselves today with a fun Pop and Drop activity. Not only does this exercise give everyone a challenge, and a chance to laugh but, it also helps improve upper body range of motion and keeps the muscles engaged. A perfect mix of leisure, play and recreation with benefits!

Nothing beats great food with great company. Savi and Hernan enjoyed Meals with Meaning and discussed vegetables they didn’t like when they were growing up. But they are loving the broccoli today🥦

Today our hearts are a little fuller. A huge thank you to the incredible VFW Auxillary 2540 Volunteers in East Stroudsburg who stopped by Whitestone Care Center to drop off gifts for our residents. Barbara and Elaine, your kindness, time, and generosity remind us that community is truly family. Thank you for honoring and uplifting those who once served all of us in so many ways.❤️🤍💙
