New beginnings do not belong to January alone.
Our bodies live in cycles, not calendars.
We are always in a process of returning.

Returning to breath.
Returning to sensation.
Returning to the foundations.

This February, step into Beginner’s Mind.
Refine how you teach the basics.
Deepen how you see your students.
Strengthen how you communicate.

This training is for new and seasoned teachers alike, as well as dedicated students who wish to deepen and expand their practice.

Our single-weekend modules also offer a beautiful way to dip your toe in the water if you are considering our 200-Hour Teacher Training Program.

A women’s circle holds deep value and importance, both personally and collectively. It’s a space where women gather to connect, share, and support one another in an atmosphere of trust and respect.

Value and Importance of a Women’s Circle:

Emotional Support and Connection
Women’s circles create a safe environment for open sharing. They allow participants to express emotions, experiences, and challenges without fear of judgment, fostering empathy and belonging.

Empowerment and Growth
Through shared stories and wisdom, women inspire one another to embrace their strengths, set boundaries, and pursue personal or professional goals. The collective energy often helps participants rediscover confidence and purpose.

Healing and Reflection
Circles often include rituals, meditation, or journaling that encourage self-reflection and healing. They can help women process life transitions, grief, or stress in a nurturing setting.

Community and Sisterhood
In a world that can feel isolating, women’s circles rebuild a sense of community. They remind participants that they are not alone in their struggles or triumphs.

Cultural and Spiritual Connection
Many circles draw on ancient traditions of gathering in community, honoring cycles of nature, and celebrating womanhood. This connection to heritage and spirituality can be deeply grounding.

Collective Wisdom
Each woman brings her own experiences and insights, creating a shared pool of wisdom that benefits everyone. The circle becomes a living source of learning and inspiration.

In essence, a women’s circle is more than a meeting—it’s a sacred space for transformation, connection, and empowerment.

Flexibility never came easy for me! As a teenager I was a competitive swimmer and had trained strength but stretching was always an afterthought in our practices. Later when I discovered yoga I loved how it mad me feel, but judged myself for being tight. I wondered if I would ever be able to fold anywhere near my toes and would it be possible to find the glorious freedom in my movement that I saw in others. Yes, with consistency, effort and proper training I ended up plenty flexible and eventually found my way to leading others.

After 30 years of practice and teaching I am super thrilled to work with you at any level of your flexibility to help you find space and freedom in your movement.
