Boundless Yoga Studios in Stroudsburg PA is dedicated to safe and accessible yoga classes led by the area's most inspiring and highly qualified yoga educators. We seek to create a community of diversified yet like minded individuals committed to honestly seeking truth within them. Boundless Yoga strives to be much more than a space to unroll yoga mats and get a good workout. Twist and Bind Your Way to Better Posture

Huge congratulations to the amazing .koziol.white on completing her 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Program! 🎉 We are beyond thrilled to celebrate this incredible milestone with her! Cynthia's yoga journey began in 2022 when she first discovered her passion for Aerial Yoga at Boundless. Since then, she has dedicated herself to learning and sharing the joy of yoga with others. Her hard work and dedication have truly paid off, and we couldn't be prouder of her achievement. We are honored to have been a part of her journey and can't wait to see the many amazing things she will accomplish in the future. Hanuman Splits Challenge Day #30!

Mobility for the long run! Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Through daily practice, Amy hopes to be doing splits well into her 90’s. That’s the goal, at least! Consistency is the key to her success. With the birth of zoom yoga classes during Covid, Amy took her asana practice from maybe once or twice a week to everyday, 365 days a year.

Amy's Tip: Everyday does not mean everyday is a “spirited flow” kind of day. A well rounded physical practice includes yin and restorative yoga as well. Amy is a huge fan of legs up the wall!

Amy is a graduate of the BYS 200 hour program and currently enrolled in the 300 hr advanced program. She has joined our team as a current sub, but look out for more from her soon!

AcroYoga style. with Chris & Jeff
Flexibility has helped me access my strength. Muscles that build strength lose power when they cannot function in their full range of motion. Tightness is a from of muscle weekness. Now you do not have to be able to do a full split to access you full power, but consitent flexibility training gives you room to move through your power.

On the soft side Chirs will be subbing the 8 am Yin Yoga Session today.
