Recently, I helped a mental health + detox facility build out their IV vitamin hydration program, from safety protocols to staff education and client flow.
Big projects like this can be exciting and can also bring up anxiety & additional stress.
Regulating your nervous system is just as important as managing the details.
Here are 3 ways to stay grounded during high-responsibility work:
1️⃣ Anchor before action
Before jumping into decisions, pause. Slow deep breaths, feet on the ground, and tuning in to what do you really need right now to feel ok? And then offering yourself soothing support.
2️⃣ Regulate the body, not just the to-do list
Hydration, protein, movement, and nervous system breaks aren’t optional when the stakes are high, they’re foundational. It’s absolutely necessary to take care of your needs and your health.
3️⃣ Let support be part of the plan
No big vision is meant to be carried alone. Collaboration and delegation protect your energy and clarity. It can be helpful to remember there is support in the physical and also in the non physical.
Whether you’re leading, building, or healing, how you hold yourself during the process matters just as much as the outcome.
If you’re navigating a big season and want support that honors your body and your goals, you know where to find me 💕
