Gina holds several certifications in Yoga including Hatha Yoga, Lotus Palm Thai Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Partner Yoga, Jaguar Path Yoga & Shamanism, and Lead Trainer & Curriculum Creator for 200-hour Bearfoot Yoga Teacher Training. Additionally, Gina has extensive training in pranayma (breathwork), meditation (including ta***ic meditation) and has participated in grief workshops and ecstatic dance workshops. Currently, she is exploring Hadado Japanese face massage which can be added to sessions to help with lymphatic drainage.
Gina believes that yogic philosophy is one of practical wisdom and reverence to all as being worth of love and preservation, including animals and the planet. Through the embodied understanding of the Sanskrit word “ahimsa”, or non-violence, we are able to lead useful and peaceful lives, inspiring others to do the same through compassionate, present, and grounded action. Through her own example, Gina aspires to share with the community what she has learned in how to manage conflict, disappointments, setbacks, and even bigger challenges like grief and larger world issues like climate change with optimism and hope in the face of a world that is often filled with cynicisim and toxic or antiquated thinking.
Gina is available for:
