In a time where everything feels a little out of control. It is important to bring awareness to how disciplined you are in your practices.
Especially grounding.. I see many people walking around out of body.
With intense anxiety and panic disorders.
Or completely disconnected to their physical bodies.
This isn’t to shame anyone. No one is perfect or has it all together every moment. We are human and the world is a little sideways right now.
But when was the last time you had your bare feet on the ground? Maybe for the length of a song.
No shoes. Not on concrete. The actual Earth…
How often are you eating?
Are you eating proteins?
Are you able to concentrate consistently?
Are you being drawn into reading all the news all day long?
What is your brain diet?
How is your breathing? Are you able to get a breath into your belly or just at the top of your chest?
I offer these questions as a place to inquire within so you can redirect your energy. You can reconnect with the earth energy and the energy of healthy food that will sustain you and support your grounding.
A regulated nervous system is the biggest gift you can give yourself and the world around you.
