Session 4: Transformation & Breakthrough

A full 60 minutes of breath. Integration. Celebration.

Breakthroughs look different for everyone. There is no expectation, just showing up and giving yourself space to feel into your body, to notice, to expand, to activate after reminding your body what safety can feel like in the body. To find that power within yourself- softly with intention. Then the breath does the work. What a beautiful experience.

Behind the scenes of Partners in Relief 🥰

There is something really special about being able to help your partner when they are in pain. And not only help them but do it with ease and less frustration.

Ry and I have thoughtfully figured out the techniques to share with couples that are simple, super effective and can be done without any “extra” equipment. We do them to each other, so we know they work!

The body keeps the score. A book and a truth.

You can run but you can’t hide- at least forever. The body protects you. It’s its job. But what does protection mean?

Our body is created to respond. To react. To protect. Whether is fight, flight or freeze.

The mind has a beautiful way of of filing memories like the CIA. Some things are important, some things everyone can know, and some things are top-secret classified, but even if they are auto top secret classified the file is still in there, and it knows… the body knows.

This is why keeping the mind body connection is so important and brings you into a true space of healing. The body will always express what the mind is suppressing in one way or another and it’s not bad- it’s truth. It’s its job and ultimately it’s a beautiful thing.

Thankful to be a part of such a holistic community that prioritizes this connection. Together we create safe spaces for wellness, for healing.

✨Breath to Breakthrough ✨

Session 3 - Trust & Surrender

Intensity level - deep

The theme tonight was trust and surrender.
Body scan & grounding for trust and active breath for surrender. The active breath work built on what we have done the last two weeks inviting the body to surrender to the emotion and feelings that come up as we breathe. No expectation. No judgement. It was beautiful.

These 3 sessions prepare and lead us into our full conscious connected breathwork session next week. 💗
