I believe that therapy is an active process that occurs between therapist and client. It is my intention as a therapist to help guide you, to help you find your inner voice, and to help you reach your personal, relationship, and professional goals. Clients that benefit most from therapy are those who are motivated for change, those who feel ready for self-exploration, and who are enthusiatic to live the life that they truly want.

Calling all women in The Collective and beyond! Our October meeting will be an open event for an evening of release, renewal, and raw feminine fire.

We’ll connect, share food, and sip on Steph’s Brew as we gather around the flames for a letting go ceremony. We will craft new intentions - our own little spells- for what’s to come.🌿✨

Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Masters Trauma Conference in Oxford, England — an inspiring gathering of some of the most influential voices in trauma and relational work, including Esther Perel, Ruth Cohn, Ed Tronick, Licia Sky, Frank Anderson, Linda Thai, Dan Siegel, Jeanne Catanzaro, Mike Niconchuk, Bessel van der Kolk, and Alanis Morissette.

As a systemic therapist, I’m leaving with renewed energy and gratitude for the global community of practitioners dedicated to deepening our understanding of trauma, connection, and healing through continued learning and dialogue.
