One thing I’ve learned: taking care of your body doesn’t have to be complicated.

If you want something quick, fresh, and actually satisfying, try this easy overnight combo that tastes like a dessert but fuels you like a perfect breakfast:
🍌 Banana, Granola & Physalis Overnight Bowl
Ingredients:
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds or gluten-free oats
½ sliced banana
4–5 physalis (golden berries), cut in half
2 tbsp sugar-free granola
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
How to make it:
Mix yogurt, almond milk, and chia/oats.
Add half of the banana and physalis.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with granola and the rest of the banana so it stays crunchy.
