Nothing in extreme levels is ever sustainable. But fiber, especially. Our bodies thrive on balance, not overload. Too much fiber can actually cause bloating, constipation, and digestive discomfort, while the right amount keeps everything running smoothly.

True wellness comes from nourishing your body in a way that feels sustainable, not extreme.

Meal prepping can be stressful. I get it more than anyone.

Life is busy and unpredictable, and adding the stress of what to eat on top isn't ideal. 🫠

My Feel Good Food Flow Meal Prep Guide is exactly the opposite of traditional meal prep guides. It's flexible, meant to fit with your life, and focuses on things you enjoy eating, not what everyone else claims you should be. 😅

There are no diets, no restrictions, and definitely no rigid plans. And while these meals are among my favorites, that doesn't mean they need to be yours, too. ❤️

Oh, 2016 what a year. Is 2026 really, “the new 2016.” I’m here from the nostalgia of all of it and truly looking back at this was super helpful for me and thinking about how I want this year to feel. I love the calm and the ease in these pictures. They remind me of the weekends away and the family gatherings and such big, enormous love. My girls are all about two years nine months apart. We did some great planning. Looking back we were all in such great phases in our life. These photos really encourage me to love myself in every moment that I’m in and to be bold in every moment that I’m in. It’s going to be a great year.✨ I’m here for it and I’m here for you. Life is certainly not a straight line and truly the roller coaster 🎢 of it all is worth it.

Was weight loss one of your goals for 2026, and you feel like you’ve already gotten off track?

I’m here to confidently tell you that your goal is not as far away as it seems. You don’t need a calendar to decide when to start a new habit; all you need is a choice. 

Want to start tomorrow? Here are three small things I’d focus on. 👇

👉 Try intentionally walking more throughout the day. Do some extra laps around the kitchen or walk and talk on the phone. Small steps take you a long way. 

👉 Drink one more cup of water than you normally would throughout the day. Consistent hydration is key to getting your energy up. 

👉 Start talking to yourself more kindly. Because honestly, if you’d never speak to your family or your best friend that way, why on earth should you be the exception? This can start immediately, btw. 😉
