Change can be hard, discouraging, and uncomfortable. But the thing that will get you to where you want to be? Consistency.

It can be challenging to see progress in your wellness journey when you're not entirely clear on what you're chasing. In order to know what makes you feel "healthy," you have to define health in a way that's realistic, aligned, and sustainable with your life.

So, what does health actually mean to you?

If you’re looking for a place to start, focus on the simple things, such as getting enough sleep and staying hydrated. You don’t have to overhaul everything at once...consistency with the basics makes a big difference.

So, while there is no formula to achieve the perfect idea of health, cutting the noise around diet trends and everybody else's definition of healthy is a great place to start.

All the kale and quinoa in the world won't make you healthy if you aren't paying attention to your stress, sleep, and movement levels. 🙌

Choosing what to eat (while also eating something you love) should be the least stressful part of your day.

It's far simpler than the Internet makes it seem.

Why? Every day, there seems to be a new "rule" about the best times to eat, this vs that, fasting in the morning, or fasting at night.

It's exhausting and frankly, unsustainable.
