is a registered dietitian, and a true diet expert. Kim has been a Registered Dietitian for 25 years. Her unique emphasis is in helping her clients to develop normal eating habits, thereby preventing obesity and heartache. She tailors her sessions to meet her client’s individual needs and lifestyles. Much time is spent teaching her clients to approach meals without stress, in a planned fashion, ultimately, to make food and nutrition part of their “normal” life taking up a small fraction of time and energy in their day. Kim has worked with all age groups through the years. She has appeared on Fox’s morning news programs as the nutrition expert in the “Ask the Expert” segments. In addition, she has appeared on Channel 7’s Eyewitness news programs and recently completed a pilot about health and family.

The new year always comes with a wave of health advice, and it can feel impossible to know what to trust.

I see it every January. 😅

Everyone suddenly has the secret, or some made-up rule you’re supposed to follow, and it can make you second-guess what your body already knows.

I want to remind you of something important...

👉 You do not need extreme rules to be healthy.
👉 You do not need to overhaul your entire life.

You just need simple habits you can actually stick to.

As you swipe through this post, take a breath and give yourself permission to question what you see online. Not every piece of advice is meant for you. Keep it simple. Keep it human. Keep listening to your body.

we are officially in love. I have always been a big fan of red light for pain and for collagen production, I am adding this into my routine. Thank you for making such a fun, easy, amazing gadget that will now cause lots of fights in my family. I guess I am grateful for .

PSA, you aren’t failing at sticking to good habits because you’re lazy.

You’re failing because every time you don’t see results right away, you move on to the next thing.

Our bodies thrive on consistency, trust, and patience. Real change happens when you give your body time to catch up with your efforts.

Change can be hard, discouraging, and uncomfortable. But the thing that will get you to where you want to be? Consistency.
