is a registered dietitian, and a true diet expert. Kim has been a Registered Dietitian for 25 years. Her unique emphasis is in helping her clients to develop normal eating habits, thereby preventing obesity and heartache. She tailors her sessions to meet her client’s individual needs and lifestyles. Much time is spent teaching her clients to approach meals without stress, in a planned fashion, ultimately, to make food and nutrition part of their “normal” life taking up a small fraction of time and energy in their day. Kim has worked with all age groups through the years. She has appeared on Fox’s morning news programs as the nutrition expert in the “Ask the Expert” segments. In addition, she has appeared on Channel 7’s Eyewitness news programs and recently completed a pilot about health and family.

10k steps a day isn't easy, I never said it was. However, it is attainable.

Getting 10k steps a day isn't about rearranging your entire day, sacrificing meals, or sitting out of life's greatest joys.

It's about intention. Fitting your goals into the life you have RIGHT NOW. Not making a new one.

I always say, movement should add to your life, not compete with it.

You DON'T have to go on an extreme diet, count calories, or spend hours in the gym. It comes down to these 6 things...

👉 Eat when you actually feel hungry - skipping meals only sets up your brain for stress later.
👉 Start with half, then wait 15 minutes - that's how long it takes hunger cues to register.
👉 Eat away from your phone or TV - this way, your brain actually measures the meal you're eating.
👉 Don't label food as good or bad - it's just food.
👉 Sleep 7 hours a night - adequate sleep helps regulate your hunger hormones.
