We’re taking it easy too, with afternoon and evening classes on a break until Friday. .matthews’s New Year’s Day doubleheaders are sold out 📝 We ask pretty please if you’re signed up to make sure to show up or sign out as far in advance as possible to allow those on the waitlist a chance to attend 🧘‍♀️

We’ll also be celebrating with some special discounts to kick off 2026: 1 month unlimited for $140 (regularly $175) and two special offers not normally available: 3 months unlimited for $440 and a special 20-pack for $400. A forest isn’t one tree—it’s many, growing together 🌲Some stand tall. Some practice downward-facing tree (aka handstand ) 🤸 All rooted. All reaching. All wobbling a little.

’s annual holiday Tree Pose class brought the BDY community together to bend so we don’t break, ground down while reaching up, and remind us that not all trees grow the same 🧘🏻🫶🏼
