We are excited to present this training in collaboration with Progressive Law Enforcement Consultants LLC. We have crafted it with 911 dispatchers in mind, recognizing their unique role within the first responder ecosystem.

*This 4 hour course is approved as a MA State 911 Behavioral Health Training, and approved for grant funding reimbursement.*

Participants will learn to recognize the unique physiological and psychological impacts of dispatch work, identify signs of cumulative stress, secondary trauma, and moral injury, and apply simple, effective self-regulation tools they can use both during and after shifts. The course also guides dispatchers in developing realistic, personalized self-care strategies, setting healthy emotional boundaries, and reinforcing their sense of purpose in the role. Through open discussion and practical exercises, this training reduces isolation by normalizing dispatcher-specific stress and encouraging healthy support systems. Build resilience. Protect your well-being. Strengthen your impact behind the headset.
