Whose ready for more snow? Monday is looking like a tele-health day. There is always alot of controversy about telehealth for therapy. In the case of snow- it does not delay therapy. No need to fill up the “backpack” and hold it in tell the next session. For some people, it’s more convenient than going to the office- so they prefer it. Whatever you preference, don’t knock it til you try it with the “right” therapist. If you do not connect with your therapist in person, you won’t connect with them online and vice versa.
Stay safe and warm!

December 3rd is a day that will never be forgotten.

: On December 3, 1999, Lt. Thomas Spencer, Lt. Timothy Jackson, Lt. James Lyons, Firefighter Paul Brotherton, Firefighter Jeremiah Lucey, and Firefighter Joseph McGuirk of the Worcester Fire Department made the ultimate sacrifice in a devastating five-alarm fire at the Worcester Cold Storage Warehouse. We honor their memory and recognize their loved ones, who will never forget: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1aLGExBveYA
