⭐️ Gyrokinesis is a movement method that uses rhythmic, flowing sequences of spinal movements and joint articulations, coordinated with breath, to increase range of motion, functional strength, and body awareness. Developed by former a ballet dancer, it combines elements from yoga, Tai Chi, swimming, and dance, and is practiced without special equipment on a chair and mat. It is adaptable for people of all ages and abilities, focusing on opening energy pathways and stimulating the nervous system
