🎉🏓 New Game Alert in Exercise Class! 🏓🎉

Today the ladies tried out a brand NEW game — our Ping Pong / Egg Crate Challenge — and let’s just say… it was a hit! 😄

Each resident started with 25 ping pong balls. The goal? Bounce and catch as many balls as possible into their egg crate. But here’s the twist — if your ball lands in your opponent’s crate, THEY get the point! Talk about friendly competition!

Once everyone ran out of ping pong balls, it was time to count up the crates and see who came out on top. 🥚🏆

This game brought lots of laughs, concentration, hand-eye coordination practice, and just the right amount of competitive spirit. We love finding creative ways to keep exercise class fun and engaging!

Way to go, ladies! 💪💗

Today our residents worked on their leg exercises with this cute foot race.
The Object of the game is to pull the Newspaper w/ bucket and ball on top, back without knocking off the small ball. Oh what fun they had today.

🏁 Ready… Set… PULL! 🏁

Today our residents put their leg muscles to work with the cutest little “foot race” you’ve ever seen!

The goal? To carefully pull a newspaper with a bucket and ball balanced on top all the way back — without letting the small ball fall off! 🎾🪣

It may sound simple, but it takes focus, coordination, and strong legs! The concentration on their faces quickly turned into smiles and laughter as everyone cheered each other on.

We love finding creative and FUN ways to stay active while building strength and balance. Exercise doesn’t have to feel like exercise when you’re having this much fun! 💪😊

Oh what a fun day we had! ❤️
