About our team...
Angela is the owner of BHFPW. She is a graduate of Creighton University where she earned her Doctorate in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. She has a Master of Science Degree in Nursing/Healthcare Leadership and a Master of Business Degree. She has over 20 years in the healthcare field and really enjoys volunteering her time. She has traveled to China and Europe working in many medical settings.

Vicki attended Ball State University where she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner. She has years of medical experience including family practice, community health and teaching at USD. She participated in Medical Mission trips to the Tarahumara Indians in Copper Canyon, Mexico and also to the underserved in Caracas, Venezuela.

Liz attended Clarkson College where she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner. She has years of experience in community health, pediatrics, urgent care and family practice. She has participated in Mission trips to over 20 different countries across the world. Her favorites including Nepal and Israel.

Toni is our office manager and has been with the practice for over 20 years. She manages all of our scheduling and billing services. Many of our existing patients recognize her smiling voice the minute they call our office.

Our goal is to make family medicine feel personalized again. Every patient has individualized needs and concerns and we want you to feel heard and not lost in a corporate medical setting. We would love to get to know you and be part of your medical care.
