Fun Fact Friday 🐝🎅

In winter, bees don’t hibernate — they form a tight cluster inside the hive, vibrating their wings to create heat and taking turns on the outside so no one bee gets too cold. Together, they keep the center of the cluster around 95 degrees, even when it’s cold outside. They make it through the season living off the honey they worked so hard to store during the summer.

Slow season. Shared warmth. Conserving energy.

Honestly… we could all learn a lesson from the bees. 💛🎄

When you’re a beekeeper and someone else’s bees show up to your house ❤️🐝

Bees have an incredible sense of smell. If there’s honey or even a little leftover sweetness nearby, they can pick up on it fast. These girls found a few empty frames I brought home and came to investigate.

They’ll gather up what they can and take it right back to their hive — teamwork at its finest. Just bees being bees, even on a sunny December day.
