This Surgical Assist Week, we are shining a bright spotlight on one of our very best. Hannah has been a cornerstone of the Baptist team for 15 years, including 11 dedicated years as a Certified Scrub Tech.

Hannah recently reached a massive career milestone, completing her First Assist schooling in December and officially passing her boards in February 2026! 🎓🏥

Hannah is the true definition of "service with a smile." No matter how long the day or how complex the case, she remains tireless, positive, and always the first to offer a helping hand. Her commitment to patient care and her teammates is unmatched, and she makes the OR a better place just by being in it.
