🎉 Please help us welcome Natalie to the Paramount team! 🎉

We’re excited to introduce Natalie, our new Client Relations Specialist- and we’re already so glad she’s here!

Natalie is from beautiful Door County, and when she’s not at work you’ll most likely find her outside enjoying the fresh air- kayaking, hiking, or playing sports. She also loves spending time with her family and is especially excited about making memories with her future nieces and nephews 🥹💙

When asked why she’s excited to join Paramount, Natalie shared that she’s thrilled to be part of such a wonderful, welcoming team (we're blushing ☺️)!

While we definitely missed Alex in the clinic this past week, we couldn’t be more proud to see him representing our team on such an iconic stage. Being one of the PTs at the LIV Golf Tournament in Florida is a big deal, and it’s a perfect example of what happens when you bring an outlier mindset and go the extra mile for your clients and your craft.

This is how we grow. Not by staying comfortable, but by showing up where it matters and proving what our team is capable of. 👊🏼

Today we’re hyping up our clinic coordinator, Lexi 🎉👏

If organization were a sport, Lexi would be going pro. She truly doesn’t miss a beat. From top-tier patient care to running the hard numbers behind the scenes, her dedication and attention to detail are a HUGE reason we’ve been able to grow as fast as we have.

Beyond that, Lexi is an essential part of our leadership team- helping set the standard, keep us aligned, and push the clinic forward every single day. If it’s running smoothly (and growing fast), there’s a very good chance Lexi had a hand in it.

Thank you for leading, organizing the chaos, and making it all look easy. We’re incredibly lucky to have you! 💙🔥

🐾🇳🇴 Denali takes Trondheim! 🇳🇴🐾

When the snow falls and the world’s best skiers head north, Denali is never far behind.

Denali had the chance to tag along with one of our incredible clients who serves as a Team USA ski doctor on a trip to Trondheim, Norway- home to legendary race venues, breathtaking fjords, and elite international competition.

Throughout the trip, Denali took her role seriously: supervising slope-side recovery, boosting morale between training sessions, and making surprise appearances around the venue. From early mornings at the course to long days supporting the medical team, Denali was there representing Paramount and cheering on world-class athletes every step of the way.

In true Paramount fashion, she did tons of exploring and sightseeing, and made so many friends along the way!

And when it was time to head home? Well… Denali made sure to flex back in business class. After all, even traveling, a mascot has much to do- emails to oversee, brand representation to handle, and recovery to prioritize. 🛫🐶

From the clinic to the course, Denali's charm never fails, and is a reminder that great performance is powered by great care. ❄️⛷️
