This cutting-edge design (p/n 100-10-MC-BASE) features an industry-standard Luer lock interface, enabling quick and effortless installation of both inner and outer needles. Unlike traditional coaxial needle assemblies, this modular system allows researchers to experiment with a wide range of needle gauges and lengths, including disposable needles, for greater flexibility, precision, and lower cost.
The stainless steel body is designed for easy disassembly via a single threaded connection, simplifying cleaning and inner needle replacement. Standard female Luer inlets ensure broad compatibility, while optional Push-to-Connect fittings integrate seamlessly with the ramé-hart PTFE Tubing Kit.
Each unit ships with an inner and outer needle of the customer’s desired gauge, with additional needles - both reusable and disposable - available.
