The Pharmacists Fight Back Act is Back, this time in two bills. Tomorrow, Dec. 11, at 11 a.m. EST / 10 a.m. CST, Rep. Auchincloss will host a press conference on the Capitol Hill lawn to introduce the bills. The event will be livestreamed on Congressman Auchincloss’ Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/RepAuchincloss) and X (https://x.com/RepAuchincloss) feeds.

Going into 2026, there are many Brand medications that are going to have price reductions. Whether it be directly for everyone, or through a rebate for Medicare patients (floated by the pharmacy 🙄).

Due to the changes and lots of unknowns, we have been forced to drastically reduce inventory of BRAND name medications to the point that some will not be stocked.

It’s not feasible for us to be ordering a 500 dollar medication now, only to be reimbursed 200 dollars with the new price drops.

We encourage you to order your Branded refills BEFORE you run out of medication by a couple of days to allow us time to order what you need.

Hopefully as we ease into the changes into 2026 we will be able to figure out how the programs are progressing and slowly bring inventory levels back to normal.
