Gentle Flow is a practice that moves the entire body through it's range of motion. We begin with simple warm ups, to get each joint or body area moving. We sync these movements to the rhythm of our breath and gradually begin to add strength and balance to our bodies.
There are opportunities to challenge ourselves, as well as modifications offered to accomodate injury or other limitations. We always rest at the end of practice for a few minutes of deep relaxation in Savasana. This is an opportunity to reconnect with a quiet within and to calm the nervous system.
Whether you are new to practicing, or one who has practiced for years, Gentle Flow can be an integral part of your wellness schedule.
